Sam

Sam is a 9-year-old dark brindle male born in February 2000. His racing career followed in the steps of his lineage, racking up 124 races under his belt, all in the state of Kansas from 2002 to 2004. He then went on to help other dogs by being a blood donor. Sam suffered bloat on January 11, and under the care of Dr. Jeff Ellis and Dr. Christy Soileau of VCA Preston Park Animal Hospital, surgery was performed to remove a foreign object, and his stomach was tacked down at the same time. Sam’s recovery has been excellent, and he is ready to find his forever home! Sam is a big sweet boy who is small animal and cat tolerant.
